EPUB books up to 30 MB are read chapter by chapter in reading order, with titles from the book's table of contents. PDF files up to 50 MB are read page by page. TXT, DOCX and Markdown files up to 10 MB are split by chapter heading, so a manuscript becomes a list of chapters you can open one at a time.

Preview two or three voices on a page of your own text before you commit, then keep the same voice and speed for the whole book so the parts match. One conversion uses one voice, so for dialogue between characters convert each speaker's lines separately and combine the clips in your editor.
A book is a lot of text. Cloud voices count against 10,000 free characters a day without an account, or 30,000 a day when you are signed in, so a long book may take several days. One request carries up to 3,000 characters, and the reader sends a sentence at a time, so a chapter is never held to that size. Device voices are free and unlimited, which makes them the best way to listen to a whole book; the reader recommends them for long documents. Credit packs for more cloud audio are coming soon.
Only convert text you have the right to use, and read the licensing and copyright page on this site before you publish any audio. VoiceHue does not assemble, tag or publish a finished audiobook, and it cannot read scanned pages that are only pictures.
